Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Handmade sunglasses, sale items, gift cards, stickers, and personalized/customized shirts or hoodies are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required to process a return.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Address: We will provide the return address after the return is approved.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Partial Refunds: If items are not returned in their original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, please check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [customerservice@avaalika.com].
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
